Special Categories of Personal Data Policy

This policy explains the measures taken for processing special categories of personal data under KVKK Art. 6 (in particular data that may indicate religious belief).

Measures taken

• ID documents, selfies and videos are not requested.
• Stored contract contents and PDFs are encrypted with server-managed keys; the server can decrypt them for processing.
• Party approvals and contract actions are recorded in activity history.
• Access is limited through account sessions or authorized invitation links.
