Privacy Policy

Contract contents are processed on the server and encrypted when stored with server-managed keys. The server can decrypt the contents; this service does not provide end-to-end encryption.

What we store and what we don’t

• Stored data: contract contents and titles, PDFs according to your choice, document IDs and hashes, server record time, approval and activity records, and account information.
• Contract contents and PDFs are encrypted in storage. Other fields such as profile names and activity data may not use the same encryption. National ID documents, selfies and videos are not requested.

You can keep the document in your account. If you choose content deletion, the PDF is made available for download first. Both parties must confirm saving their PDF copy; then the owner can separately confirm deletion of the contract contents and server PDF. Document hashes and activity records remain. Deleted contents cannot be downloaded again; keep your own copy safe.

Tracking and ads

The application does not load advertising pixels or third-party advertising scripts. Sign-in sessions and security-related activity records are kept.
